Job Description
Twitch is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join their team in San Francisco. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of Twitch by contributing to strategic planning, performance tracking, and various ad-hoc projects. The Strategy & Operations team collaborates across different business units, playing a central role in Twitch's decision-making processes and overall success.

The Strategy & Operations Manager will be responsible for:
  • Uncovering business problems and opportunities.
  • Creating strategic recommendations.
  • Managing cross-functional projects.
  • Owning analysis and modeling of key strategic projects.
  • Designing, monitoring, and analyzing business reports and performance tracking dashboards.
  • Presenting work and influencing senior-level stakeholders.
  • Contributing to business plans and long-term strategies.

The ideal candidate should have:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, and / or business operations.
  • Ability to drive action around complex business problems.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skillset.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of financial P&Ls.
  • Interest and passion for content and digital entertainment.
