Career Success Coach

Job Description

Correlation One is seeking a Career Success Coach to support learners in their data training and jobs programs. The Career Success Coach will work with a team to provide professional development coaching to a cohort of approximately 60 learners, primarily Amazon Associates. This role involves a commitment of 10-15 hours per week and requires availability for meetings and communication via Slack and email.Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1:1 coaching meetings with learners.
• Attend weekly CSC pod meetings.
• Track learner interactions and job search progress.
• Prioritize Slack and email communication.
• Review and provide feedback on professional development deliverables.
• Identify and share job opportunities.
• Attend professional development sessions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in career development, coaching, or related program management.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience developing trusting relationships and effective guidance to adult learners and/or job seekers.
• Experience delivering career coaching in an entirely remote format.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• High level of technical proficiency and comfort adapting to new tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack.
