Correlation One is seeking a Lead Instructor: Cloud Support Specialist to join their Expert Network. This role involves delivering high-quality, live, virtual instruction and collaborating with company personnel to drive exceptional learning outcomes. The Lead Instructor will conduct large synchronous online lectures on technical content, training diverse Fellows. • Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions.
• Deliver instruction on skills tailored to Learners' needs.
• Oversee the management of class time Q&A and monitor chat flow.
• Collaborate closely with Correlation One operations personnel.
• Assist in lesson design, development, and improvement.
• Interact professionally with Fellows, Correlation One staff, additional contractors, and guest speakers.
• Diligently and adequately prepare for lectures.
• Be highly responsive and empathetic to Fellows.
• Adjust the lesson pace and presentation to meet the needs of diverse Fellows.
• Communicate respectfully with Correlation One personnel.
• Foster a healthy learning environment.
• Contribute to course improvement.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of professional work experience in Cloud Support, Cloud Engineering, Software Engineering, DevOps, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software engineering, Computer engineering, Information systems, Network administration, or Cybersecurity or equivalent professional experience.
• Certifications: CompTIA Network+, Linux+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
• Must be an Amazon Authorized Instructor (AAI).
• Teaching experience with adult learners.
• A desire to support students in expanding their careers and transitioning into technical roles.
• Fluent in English; professional verbal and writing skills.
