Lead Instructor: Computer Support Specialist

Correlation One is seeking a Lead Instructor: Computer Support Specialist to join their Expert Network. This role involves delivering high-quality, live, virtual instruction and collaborating with company personnel to drive exceptional learning outcomes. The Lead Instructor will conduct large synchronous online lectures on technical content, training diverse Fellows. This is a remote position within the EMEA region.Role involves:

• Preparing and leading virtual classroom sessions.
• Delivering instruction on skills tailored to Learners' needs.
• Overseeing the management of class time Q&A and monitor chat flow.
• Collaborating with Correlation One operations personnel.
• Assisting in lesson design, development, and improvement.

Requirements:

• Excellent educator with a passion for teaching.
• Degree in a Computer Science related field and / or industry experience in a computer specialist related role.
• Outstanding team and people management skills.
• Familiarity with computer hardware and software basics, operating systems, network, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and the future of IT.
