Lead Instructor: Data Analytics (General Interest)

Job Description

Correlation One is seeking a Lead Instructor for Data Analytics to join their Expert Network. This is a remote position that involves delivering high-quality, live, virtual instruction to diverse learners. The Lead Instructor will partner with company personnel to drive exceptional learning outcomes and contribute to the overall success of the program.

The Lead Instructor will be responsible for conducting large synchronous online lectures on technical content, training anywhere from 100 to 8,000+ learners at a time. They will also prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions, collaborate with operations personnel, and assist in lesson design and improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions for a range of learners.
• Deliver instruction on skills tailored to Learners' needs.
• Oversee the management of class time Q&A and monitor chat flow.
• Collaborate closely with Correlation One operations personnel.
• Assist in lesson design, development, and improvement.

Requirements:

• An excellent educator with a passion for teaching and helping others.
• Degree in a Data Analytics related field and/or industry experience in a Data Analysis related role.
• Outstanding team and people management skills.
• Familiarity with remote work environments or use of platforms like Zoom, Slack, Codio, and Airtable.
• Expertise with topics like Excel, Data Visualization, Dashboards, SQL, and Python.
