Job Description
Correlation One is seeking a Lead Instructor for Data Center Technician to join their Expert Network. This role involves delivering high-quality, live, virtual instruction and partnering with company personnel to drive exceptional learning outcomes. The Lead Instructor will conduct large synchronous online lectures on technical content, training diverse learners.
Role involves:
- Preparing and leading virtual classroom sessions.
- Delivering instruction on skills tailored to Learners' needs.
- Overseeing the management of class time Q&A and monitor chat flow.
- Collaborating with Correlation One operations personnel.
- Assisting in lesson design, development, and improvement.
Requirements:
- Excellent educator with stellar communication skills.
- Experience working in physical data centers or similar environments.
- Experience in mentoring or supervising if no prior teaching experience.
- A desire to support students in upskilling their careers into data roles.
- Empathy, flexibility, patience; passion for working with diverse learners who are new to content.
- A+ or Network+ certification an asset.
