Lead Instructor: Operations Leadership

Job Description

Correlation One is seeking a Lead Instructor for its Operations Leadership program. This remote role, based in EMEA, involves delivering high-quality, live, virtual instruction to a diverse group of learners. The Lead Instructor will partner with company personnel to drive exceptional learning outcomes. Correlation One develops workforce skills for the AI economy. Enterprises and governments work with them to develop talent and close critical data, digital, and technology skills gaps.Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and leading virtual classroom sessions.
• Delivering instruction on key concepts related to Operations Leadership.
• Engaging in breakout room sessions with teaching assistants.
• Overseeing class time Q&A and monitoring class engagement.
• Collaborating with Correlation One operations personnel.
• Assisting in lesson design, development, and improvement.

Requirements include:

• 4+ years of experience in leadership and development or operations leadership type role.
• Previous experience in roles similar to Amazon’s Process Assistant role, Team Lead roles, Shift Supervisor positions, and other workplace leadership roles.
• Experience teaching content focused on leadership skills, conflict resolution, collaboration, people management, and time management.
• Strong command of the English language, both oral and written.
• Data-driven mindset and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working remotely, independently, and self-motivated to succeed.
