Lead Instructor: Software Tester

Job Description

Correlation One is seeking a Lead Instructor: Software Tester to join their Expert Network. This is a remote position within the EMEA region. The Lead Instructor will deliver high-quality, live, virtual instruction and partner with company personnel to drive exceptional learning outcomes. They will conduct large synchronous online lectures on technical content, training diverse Fellows. This role involves preparing and leading virtual classroom sessions, collaborating with operations personnel, and contributing to the overall success of the program.Responsibilities:

• Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions for a range of Fellows.
• Deliver instruction on skills tailored to Learners' needs.
• Oversee the management of class time Q&A and monitor chat flow.
• Collaborate closely with Correlation One operations personnel.
• Assist in lesson design, development, and improvement.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in software development, test automation, SDET, or QA roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Previous teaching experience, preferably in a remote environment.
• Experience training learners on foundational technical skillsets.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and testing practices.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, or similar.
• Certification in SDET or related areas (e.g., ISTQB, Agile Testing, AWS Certified Developer).
