Correlation One is seeking a Teaching Assistant: Computer Support Specialist to join their Expert Network. This remote role involves supporting learners in virtual training programs, ensuring their comprehension and retention of program content. The Teaching Assistant will work with ~25-30 learners as part of a larger class, providing both synchronous and asynchronous support.Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring Slack channels and answering learner questions promptly.
• Checking in with learners after live sessions.
• Facilitating breakout rooms during lecture time.
• Reviewing content materials and holding individual office hours.
• Grading learner submissions and providing feedback.
• Submitting weekly write-ups and attending staff meetings.

Requirements include:

• Empathy, flexibility, and patience.
• Passion for working with diverse learners.
• Prior teaching experience is a plus.
• Comp TIA A+ certification.
