Teaching Assistant: Data Center Technician

Correlation One is seeking a Teaching Assistant: Data Center Technician to support learners in its virtual training programs. The Teaching Assistant will play a critical role in supporting learners, ensuring their learning, comprehension, and retention of program content. This is a proactive hiring effort, where candidates will participate in the interview process and be added to the Expert Network. Once approved, the team will share various opportunities to support projects, programs, and learners.Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring Slack channels and answering learner questions.
• Checking in with learners after live sessions.
• Facilitating breakout rooms.
• Reviewing content materials.
• Holding individual office hours.
• Grading learner submissions.
• Providing feedback to the Correlation One team.
• Attending staff meetings.

Requirements include:

• Experience working in physical data centers or similar environments.
• Experience in mentoring or supervising.
• A desire to support students in upskilling their careers into data roles.
• Empathy, flexibility, and patience.
• A+ or Network+ certification is an asset.
