Correlation One is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support learners in its training programs, focusing on career development and leadership. The Teaching Assistant will provide personalized professional development coaching and educational support to diverse cohorts, including Amazon Associates. This role involves fostering growth in areas like communication, problem-solving, and technical proficiency.Role involves:

• Collaborating with instructors and program staff.
• Facilitating one-on-one and group coaching sessions.
• Providing feedback on learner submissions.
• Supporting live lectures and breakout sessions (full-time only).

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in career development, coaching, or related program management.
• Experience teaching leadership skills, conflict resolution, and time management.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• High level of technical proficiency.
