Job Description
SimpliSafe is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead the QA Analyst team in Richmond, VA. This role involves overseeing the team's daily activities, conducting business reviews, and driving continuous improvement in the QA program. The QA Supervisor will collaborate with leaders across Monitoring to implement positive changes and improve specialist performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting QA team goals aligned with SimpliSafe’s vision.
- Monitoring QA team performance and productivity.
- Building relationships with Training, Instructional Designers, and Monitoring Operations leadership.
- Identifying measures to motivate specialists.
- Upholding standards through established processes.
- Leading calibration sessions.
- Using technology to identify efficiencies and training opportunities.
- Contributing to the creation of new processes and quality standards.
- Leveraging data analytics to track performance trends.
- Handling multiple strategic and operational projects.
Requirements:
- Ability to pass multiple state licensing background checks and monitoring-related exams.
- 4+ years of relevant experience, including leading customer-facing and/or QA teams.
- Proven ability to build and iterate programs that measure specialist performance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Comfort working with large quantities of data.
- Willingness to embrace ambiguity.

- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with analytical software (Tableau or similar) and the Google Suite.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
