Job Description
GOAT Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor for their facility in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and possess strong decision-making skills.
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the facility, ensuring operational goals are met. This role requires a calm, objective-focused leader who can effectively manage a team and drive continuous improvements.

Responsibilities:
- Promoting a strong safety culture and healthy work environment
- Lead, manage and cross-train a team associates and service providers
- Ensure best implementation in operations of inbound, inventory, verification, outbound, return, fulfillment and logistics
- Work with multiple departments to resolve potential delays and slippages
- Spearhead continuous improvements to increase efficiency, quality and reduce costs
- Engage in cost-benefit analyses, seeking to obtain best prices for materials and overseeing production methods to optimize output to peak efficiency levels
- Regularly monitor expenses, diminishing spend where possible if necessary to stay on budget
- Collect data and analyze trends and behaviors that will allow the organization to improve handling flow and customer experience
- Set the tone of the leadership team with a calm, positive, focused and forward motion leadership style in a high pressure, fast work environment with consistent changes
- Be knowledgeable of the company’s goals
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Administration/ Engineering / Supply Chain / Logistics
- Have minimum 5 years of cumulative experience in a supervisory role preferably in warehousing and logistics / e-commerce / retail or other similar sector
- Have basic understanding on import and export processes
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of associates
- Is highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
- Possesses a financial acumen – recording, tracking and reporting expense control
- Strong proficiency in computer skills
- Succinct communications skills
- Must be able to lift and move boxes (up to 35 pounds)
- Must be available and willing to work extended hours as occasionally needed per day or per week, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs
