Vimeo is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive complex cross-team programs in an agile environment. The Senior Program Manager will work closely with Product, Engineering, GTM, and BI teams, fostering collaboration and improving workflows for Vimeo. This role involves leading key strategic programs within the Enterprise Solutions product area, focusing on Central, Streaming, and AI solutions.
- Facilitating planning, execution, and visibility for initiatives across multiple teams
- Ensuring cross-team dependencies are identified and managed
- Contributing to the improvement of Vimeo's processes
- Improving prioritization and alignment across the organization
- Fostering Scaled Agile methodologies
- Helping teams improve their internal operations and ways of working
- 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager, with experience in Agile roles
- Experience working closely with multiple engineering and non-engineering teams
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience tailoring cross-team processes and running cross-team retrospectives
- Strong presentation and communication skills in English
- Deep understanding of Agile and Lean values and principles
