Data Manager (Permanent role)- HYBRID - Horsham, PA

Job Description

ClinChoice is seeking a Data Manager to join their team in Horsham, PA, on a hybrid basis (3 days in office). The Data Manager will be responsible for managing clinical data throughout the study lifecycle, ensuring high-quality data delivery through the EDC system. This role involves developing and maintaining data management plans, validation plans, and specifications. The Data Manager will also perform user acceptance testing, data reconciliation, and database audits, as well as provide mentorship to junior team members.

• Participating in the review of clinical research documents.
• Developing and maintaining Data Management Plans.
• Creating Data Validation and Review Plans.
• Creating Data Entry and eCRF Completion Guidelines.
• Developing Data Transfer Specifications.
• Developing and reviewing electronic Case Report Forms (eCRF).
• Performing external data reconciliation.
• Developing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Performing site/CRA training and creating user guides.
• Delivering high-quality clinical data within the EDC system.
• Coordinating the archiving of study databases.
• Performing database audits and SAE reconciliation.
• Mentoring junior team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field or nursing.
• At least 4 years of data management experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and clinical trial processes.
• Familiarity with clinical database applications such as EDC.
