Job Description
ClinChoice is seeking a Senior/Principal Statistician Consultant specializing in Late Phase Oncology. This role involves direct collaboration with a single sponsor, offering the stability of a global CRO with ample career advancement opportunities. The ideal candidate will be confident, capable of independent work, and adept at fostering trust with client counterparts.
Responsibilities:
- Protocol development, including study design, sample size calculation, and statistical analysis plans.
- Statistical oversight to ensure quality and consistency with project requirements.
- Ensuring data accuracy and consistency for statistical analyses.
- Developing statistical analysis plans and ensuring timely statistical input into reports.
- Validating analyses and exploring alternative strategies as needed.
- Ensuring accuracy and consistency of statistical tables, figures, and data listings.
- Writing statistical methods sections for reports.
- Identifying and correcting flaws in interpretation and ensuring project-wide consistency.
- Mentoring peers and providing training to less experienced statisticians.
- Managing activities of statisticians across projects.
Requirements:
- MS or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field.
- PhD with 4-5 years of experience or MS with 7-8 years of experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Understanding of statistics, drug development, and FDA regulations.
- Experience with clinical trials, including interaction with Regulatory Agencies (FDA).
