Job Description

ClinChoice is seeking a Senior Principal Statistician to join their biometrics team. This is a full-time, permanent, remote opportunity. The Senior Principal Statistician will be responsible for protocol development and statistical analysis plans for assigned studies. They will also provide statistical oversight to studies, ensuring quality and consistency with project requirements.Role involves:

• Protocol development including study design, sample size calculation, randomization, and statistical analysis plan for assigned studies.
• Providing statistical oversight to studies.
• Assuring data for statistical analyses are complete, accurate and consistent.
• Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of statistical input into reports or decisions.
• Ensuring validity of analysis and explore alternative analysis strategies as needed.
• Ensuring accuracy and consistency of statistical tables, figures, and data listings.
• Writing statistical methods sections for reports.
• Mentoring peers with regards to statistical methodology.
• Managing activities of statisticians across projects.

Requirements:

• MS or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics or related field.
• PhD with 5-6 years of experience or MS with 7-8 years of experience.
• Strong experience with Oncology TA.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Demonstrated understanding and insight in statistics, drug development process and relevant FDA regulations.
• Pharmaceutical, CRO, or related industry experience with clinical trials, including interaction with Regulatory Agencies, especially FDA.
