Job Description
ClinChoice is seeking a Principal Statistician-Study Lead to join their in-house team on a permanent, remote basis. ClinChoice is a global full-service CRO dedicated to professional development and providing an excellent work-life balance. The ideal candidate will lead statistical activities across clinical trials, serve as the primary statistical contact, and develop statistical analysis plans.
Role involves:
- Leading statistical activities across clinical trials.
- Serving as the primary statistical contact for cross-functional study teams and client stakeholders.
- Developing statistical analysis plans (SAP) and TFL shells.
- Guiding and reviewing the work of junior statisticians and programming teams.
- Protocol development including study design, sample size calculation, and randomization.
Requirements:
- MS or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
- PhD with 4-5 years of experience or MS with 9-10 years of experience.
- Strong experience with any Therapeutic area.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of statistics, drug development process, and relevant FDA regulations.
- Pharmaceutical, CRO, or related industry experience with clinical trials.
