Clinical Project Manager

Job Description

ClinChoice is seeking a Clinical Project Manager for a one-year fixed-term contract in Italy. This role involves working directly with a single pharmaceutical sponsor while benefiting from the resources of a global CRO. The position is home-based with occasional office visits.He/she will be responsible for:

• Supervising clinical research projects.
• Coordinating project activities.
• Managing CRO relationships.
• Managing study budgets and financial reconciliation.
• Preparing and coordinating scientific meetings.
• Preparing and reviewing Clinical Study Reports.
• Reporting to senior management.
• Defining Clinical Development Plans.
• Supervising CRAs and CTAs.

Requirements include:

• A university degree in a scientific or health-related field.
• Proven experience as a Clinical Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of clinical study design and GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Knowledge of planning tools and principles.
• Experience in electronic data capture.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel.
