Job Description
The company is seeking a SME/Lead/Associate Manager for Pharmacovigilance (PV). This role involves a thorough understanding of ICSR and/or literature monitoring processes, including all related guidelines and regulations. The candidate will provide guidance and support to team leads and SMEs on operational and domain aspects.
The role ensures tasks are assigned to team members to meet deliverables in accordance with SLAs and KPIs. The candidate will work closely with the team and client to identify and mitigate risks, address queries, and escalate issues when necessary.
The role also includes performance management for team members, supporting functional capability development, and conducting process training as required. The candidate will proactively provide suggestions for process improvements and contribute to strengthening business processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Understanding ICSR and literature monitoring processes
