Manager, Product Management - Platform Services

Job Description

iHerb is seeking a Manager of Product Management to lead a team responsible for platform services. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a deep understanding of data-driven product development and a passion for building scalable systems.He/She will guide the team in optimizing customer-facing and internal operational platforms, driving improvements in user experience, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers.
• Define the strategic vision and roadmap for platform services.
• Drive a strong data analytics focus within the product team.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer service teams.
• Oversee the continuous optimization of platform services.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management, with a focus on data analysis and platform services in an e-commerce environment.
• Expertise in leveraging data analytics tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and customer journeys.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
