Vimeo is seeking an Associate Manager, Sales Development to lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in the APAC region. This role is based in Sydney, Australia, and requires a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.
The Associate Manager will be responsible for converting inbound leads into qualified opportunities and outbounding for new and expansion opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven leader who can foster a high-performance culture and drive predictable pipeline growth.

What this role involves:
- Leading the SDR team to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets.
- Establishing clear performance metrics and ensuring the team is held accountable.
- Monitoring and analyzing team performance to identify blockers and improve efficiency.
- Contributing to strategic prospecting and driving pipeline.
- Overseeing hiring, onboarding, and training of new SDRs.
- Providing hands-on coaching and development.
- Delivering ongoing training on prospecting techniques and best practices.
- Fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Partnering closely with Marketing to align on campaign goals and ensure lead quality.
- Collaborating with Sales Operations to maintain clean data and improve workflows.
- Reporting on pipeline metrics and team performance.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or demand development roles.
- Proven ability to own performance and improve conversion rates.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and inclusivity.
- Experience in hiring, onboarding, and scaling sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in SaaS sales or a related field is a plus.
