Vimeo is seeking an experienced executive for the role of Head of LATAM Sales, based in São Paulo, Brazil. This person will develop a localized go-to-market strategy focusing on Channel Partners, manage a cross-functional team, establish Vimeo’s brand, and deliver profitable growth. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Americas, the Head of LATAM Sales will be a key member of the Americas’ leadership team.Role responsibilities include:
- Developing a strategy to expand Vimeo’s position in the Latin American market.
- Achieving business targets and establishing a positive brand image in Brazil and Spanish-speaking markets.
- Establishing and executing Vimeo’s enterprise sales strategy in Latin America.
- Driving penetration into top-tier Latin American enterprises.
- Developing and executing a region-wide Channel Partner strategy.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and developing a team.
- Providing insights and feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.
- Fostering a positive team environment.
Requirements include:
- Experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions to large organizations.
- Experience building and managing sales teams across Latin America, especially from Brazil.
- Knowledge of online video technologies, live streaming, advertising, payment, and analytics.
- Experience working with Brazilian and SPLA partners.
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
