Gusto is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for GustoPro, a cloud-based platform for accounting firms. This role involves expanding Gusto's market share by engaging with C-level executives and senior payroll specialists at large regional and national accounting firms. The ideal candidate will act as a consultant, understanding client needs and demonstrating how GustoPro can boost efficiency and value. This position requires a builder mentality, someone excited to shape enterprise sales motion and refine sales processes.
Role involves: - Evangelizing the GustoPro solution to prospective accounting firms.
- Collaborating with Sales Leaders to refine the enterprise sales process.
- Conducting compelling product demos using data and insights.
- Cultivating long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conducting thorough needs assessments and tailoring solutions.
- Providing feedback to the product team to inform the product roadmap.
- Working with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Reporting on sales activity, pipeline progress, and market trends.
- Traveling 20-30% to meet with prospective partners and represent Gusto at industry events.
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in sales or customer success with enterprise clients.
- 5+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS products to accounting firms or related businesses.
- A track record of exceeding sales quotas and building client relationships.
- Experience working quick sales cycles (60-90 days average)
- Deep understanding of the accounting firm landscape.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to quickly learn the product.
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
- Experience with CRM and Sales Software.
