Clara is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to manage and expand its presence in the Latin American market. The ideal candidate will maintain a large CRM database, conduct thorough research on target accounts, and prioritize outreach with tailored engagement strategies. They will identify local best practices for continuous improvement, build monthly forecasts, and maintain KPIs. This role also requires acting as an internal project manager coordinating with Legal, Finance, Control Desk, and Product departments, and exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
  • Maintaining and organizing a large database of prospects
  • Conducting thorough research on target Enterprise accounts
  • Prioritizing account-based outreach
  • Developing tailored engagement strategies
  • Building a monthly forecast per segment
  • Managing KPIs such as DSLA, # meetings per week
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in sales
  • Experience as a Customer Acquisition for Inbound or Outbound Sales
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software, Hubspot is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • English professional proficiency (preferred)
