MaintainX, a leading mobile-first workflow management platform, is seeking a highly strategic and data-driven Director of Analytics. This role is crucial for shaping the company's data strategy and fostering data-informed decision-making across the organization.

The role involves:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive analytics strategy.
• Building and leading a team of high-performing analysts.
• Collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Designing and optimizing data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Establishing data governance and integrity best practices.
• Leading advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive modeling and A/B testing.
• Acting as a thought leader in data and analytics.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience building analytics functions in a high-growth SaaS or tech company.
• Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Experience with data warehouses.
• Strong background in statistical analysis and machine learning concepts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field.
