Job Description

MaintainX is seeking a Director of Analytics to lead its analytics function and drive data-informed decision-making across the company. This role is crucial in shaping the data strategy, building an analytics team, and delivering insights to support various departments.MaintainX is a leading Asset and Work Intelligence platform, empowering operational excellence for numerous businesses.What this role involves:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive analytics strategy.
• Building and leading a high-performing analytics team.
• Partnering with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Designing and optimizing scalable data models and reporting frameworks.
• Establishing data governance and best practices.
• Leading advanced analytics initiatives like predictive modeling and A/B testing.
• Acting as a thought leader in data and analytics.
• Staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to build and scale analytics functions in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode), and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Strong experience with statistical analysis, experimentation, and machine learning concepts.
• Ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field preferred.
