Job Description
MaintainX is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to play a crucial role in shaping the company's recruitment strategy and processes. This role involves leading a team of 12 talent professionals and focusing on developing the talent acquisition function to attract and retain top talent.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will report to MaintainX's leadership team and will be responsible for the following:
  • Developing and implementing a global talent acquisition strategy.
  • Partnering with finance and executive leadership to forecast hiring needs.
  • Setting clear objectives and performance goals for all recruitment functions.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing talent acquisition team.
  • Implementing and refining recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance.
  • Collaborating with marketing and HR teams to enhance MaintainX's employer brand.
  • Managing the recruitment budget and relationships with external agencies.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with 5+ years in a leadership role within a SaaS startup environment.
  • Proven experience building recruitment functions in high-growth companies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
