Job Description
MaintainX is seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead a team of 12 talent professionals and drive the company's hiring strategy. This role is pivotal in scaling the talent acquisition function, implementing strategic initiatives, and attracting top talent aligned with MaintainX's values and goals. The Senior Manager will partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and create scalable recruitment plans.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team.
- Implement and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and People Operations teams to enhance MaintainX’s employer brand.
- Manage the recruitment budget and vendor relationships.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a tech SaaS startup.
- Proven track record of scaling recruitment functions in high-growth companies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
