Vimeo is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and qualify potential customers for the Vimeo sales team. The SDR will serve as the initial point of contact, building rapport and trust to generate qualified opportunities. The ideal candidate will be adept at recognizing potential business opportunities and efficiently qualifying and converting leads.
What this role involves:
- Prospecting for new business and researching companies and individuals.
- Developing ideal customer profiles for outbound prospecting.
- Growing the sales funnel through outbound campaigns.
- Scheduling meetings with prospective customers.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly goals through outbound communications.
- Managing a high volume of inbound leads.
- Researching various lines of business and personas.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ of work experience in market research, lead generation, marketing, or sales, preferably within SaaS businesses
- Proven track record of success within a sales cycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
- High level of resilience.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software, Outreach, Chat tools, Zoominfo, LinkedIn SalesNav
