Job Description
MaintainX, a leading asset management and work intelligence platform, is seeking a motivated Account Executive to manage mid-market accounts. This role involves full ownership of a defined market, from prospecting to closing deals. The Account Executive will handle companies with 150 to 5,000 employees, requiring the ability to manage longer, complex sales cycles while also closing more transactional deals.
Responsibilities: - Closing new accounts and consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Contributing to the pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting efforts.
- Conducting presentations, including discovery calls, high-level product demonstrations, and closing calls.
- Accurately forecasting monthly and quarterly sales with a +/- 15% margin of error.
- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, including new leads, demonstrations, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Becoming proficient in using systems such as Salesforce and Outreach.
- Staying informed about the industry and continuously learning.
Requirements: - 3+ years of total sales experience in a closing role.
- Documented success as a "closer."
- Ability to articulate metrics and data.
- Willingness to prospect and contribute to your own pipeline.
- Experience conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations.
- Comfortable with fast-paced environments and multitasking.
