Job Description
MaintainX is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new logo sales within companies of 150 to 5,000 employees. This role offers full ownership and accountability within a defined market, requiring the individual to manage complex deal cycles and close transactional deals. The Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting, conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations, and accurately forecasting sales.
  • Closing new accounts and consistently hitting targets.
  • Prospecting and contributing to pipeline through outbound efforts.
  • Conducting presentations, including discovery calls and product demonstrations.
  • Accurately forecasting monthly and quarterly sales.
  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously and staying organized.
  • Mastering systems like Salesforce and Outreach.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a closing role.
  • Documented success as a closer.
  • Ability to articulate metrics and data.
  • Willingness to prospect and contribute to pipeline.
  • Experience conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations.
  • Comfortable moving fast and multi-tasking.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
