Job Description
MaintainX is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to drive strategic growth and development for its Emerging and Mid Market sales organizations. This role will enable the sales team to achieve business objectives and foster sales excellence. The Revenue Operations Manager will synthesize big data and implement Salesforce solutions to elevate sales performance.
    What this role involves:
  • Contributing to the overall success of the sales organization in North America.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase sales productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Transforming big data into strategic insights for actionable decision-making.
  • Generating standard weekly sales forecasts and opportunity pipeline reports.
  • Supporting the sales team with planning and operational requests.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Tracking and overseeing projects, ensuring accurate sales reporting.
  • Designing and implementing initiatives to enhance data hygiene and security.
    Requirements:
  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations.
  • Proven track record in managing and executing complex projects.
  • Ability to develop and implement scalable processes and systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data.
  • Experience designing and implementing sales programs.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
