Job Description
Melio USA is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive pipeline generation, close deals, and strengthen partner relationships. This role is based in New York City and requires a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in-office. The Director will play a key role in expanding Melio's presence in the Vertical SaaS market.

Role Involves:
  • Generating high-potential pipeline opportunities.
  • Closing Vertical SaaS deals.
  • Building and strengthening partner relationships.
  • Expanding existing partnerships.
  • Internal collaboration and performance management.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of payments experience; at least 3 years of partnerships experience.
  • Understanding of B2B payments, Vertical SaaS models.
  • Track record of leading partnership teams.
  • Experience executing industry-wide partnership strategies.
  • Experience negotiating commercial deals with top companies.
  • Ability to analyze data and track key metrics.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Operationally focused mindset.
