Job Description
Melio USA is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive pipeline generation, close deals, and strengthen partner relationships. This role is based in New York City and requires a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in-office. The Director will play a key role in expanding Melio's presence in the Vertical SaaS market.
Role Involves:
- Generating high-potential pipeline opportunities.
- Closing Vertical SaaS deals.
- Building and strengthening partner relationships.
- Expanding existing partnerships.
- Internal collaboration and performance management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of payments experience; at least 3 years of partnerships experience.
- Understanding of B2B payments, Vertical SaaS models.
- Track record of leading partnership teams.
- Experience executing industry-wide partnership strategies.
- Experience negotiating commercial deals with top companies.
- Ability to analyze data and track key metrics.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Operationally focused mindset.
