Payhawk, a leading global spend management solution, is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team in Paris. This role is pivotal in generating new leads and business opportunities within the French market. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, self-driven, and eager to contribute to Payhawk's success story.
The role involves:
- Taking ownership of outbound prospecting campaigns using various outreach strategies.
- Collaborating with the Account Executive team in Paris to execute targeted prospecting strategies.
- Leveraging marketing-led demand generation campaigns to build relationships and generate leads.
- Building a strong sales pipeline for the French market, targeting companies with over 200 employees.
- Proactively identifying new niches and creating innovative campaign ideas.
- Analysing outreach efforts and campaign results to refine future strategies.
- Managing a pipeline of potential clients to exceed monthly targets and drive sustainable growth.
Requirements:

- Fluency in English and French (min. C1).
