Job Description
Payhawk, a leading global spend management solution, is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team in Berlin. This role is crucial for generating new leads and business opportunities within the DACH market. The BDR will be responsible for introducing the Payhawk platform to potential customers, building strong relationships, and driving pipeline opportunities for the Account Executives.

What this role involves:
  • Taking ownership of outbound prospecting campaigns using various outreach strategies.
  • Leveraging marketing-led demand generation campaigns to identify and follow up with prospects.
  • Building a strong sales pipeline for the DACH market, targeting companies with over 200 employees.
  • Proactively identifying new niches and creating innovative campaign ideas.
  • Analyzing outreach efforts and campaign results to refine future strategies.
  • Managing a pipeline of potential clients to exceed monthly targets and drive sustainable growth.
