Payhawk, a leading global spend management solution, is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team in Sofia. This role is pivotal in generating new leads and business opportunities within the CEE market. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, self-driven, and eager to contribute to Payhawk's continued success.
Role Involves:
- Taking ownership of outbound prospecting campaigns using various outreach strategies.
- Collaborating with a high-performing Account Executive team in Sofia.
- Leveraging marketing-led demand generation campaigns to build relationships and generate leads.
- Building a strong sales pipeline for the CEE market, targeting companies with over 200 employees.
- Proactively identifying new niches and creating innovative campaign ideas.
- Analysing outreach efforts and campaign results to refine future strategies.
- Managing a pipeline of potential clients to exceed monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Driven and inspired to exceed sales targets and progress career.

- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Recent experience in a sales or customer-facing background is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SaaS or Fintech industry is a plus.
- Must be eligible to work (Payhawk cannot provide visa sponsorship).
