Payhawk, a leading global spend management solution, is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team in Amsterdam. This role is crucial for generating new leads and business opportunities within the Dutch market. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, self-driven, and eager to contribute to Payhawk's success story.

Role Involves:
  • Taking ownership of outbound prospecting campaigns using various outreach strategies.
  • Collaborating with the Account Executive team in Amsterdam to create high-value opportunities.
  • Leveraging marketing-led demand generation campaigns to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Building a strong sales pipeline for the Dutch market, targeting companies with over 200 employees.
  • Identifying new niches and creating innovative campaign ideas to improve outreach.
  • Analysing outreach efforts and campaign results to refine future strategies.
  • Managing a pipeline of potential clients to exceed monthly targets and drive sustainable growth.

Requirements:

  • Resilient with a growth mindset, seeking challenge in rejection.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (min. C1).
