Job Description

Payhawk, a leading global spend management solution, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This role is based in Sofia and requires a highly organized individual with excellent time management skills and the ability to work with minimal guidance. The Executive Assistant will contribute to the efficiency and success of Payhawk by providing personalized and timely support to the CEO.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Making travel arrangements and coordinating logistics
  • Preparing documents and presentations
  • Managing information flow
  • Serving as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders
  • Coordinating company events
  • Assisting with talent management
  • Managing personal commitments and errands for the CEO (up to 20% of the time)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Superior communication skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Adaptability to changing priorities
