Job Description

Payhawk is seeking an Implementation Manager to join their Customer Success Organization. This role is based in Barcelona and requires fluency in French and Spanish. The Implementation Manager will be responsible for driving customer adoption and ensuring clients extract maximum value from Payhawk's spend management solution.

The Implementation Manager will work closely with new customers, understanding their needs, configuring their accounts, and providing tailored training. They will also proactively optimize accounts, enhance product adoption, and contribute to customer success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the onboarding process for new customers.
  • Developing and executing customized project plans.
  • Optimizing customer setups and use cases.
  • Providing expert guidance and support.
  • Gathering customer feedback and proposing process improvements.
  • Partnering with Account Executives to identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years as Customer Success Specialist/Project Manager.
  • Tech-savvy with an ability to fully understand our software.
  • Native Spanish and bi-lingual/ professional level of French.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation skills and detail-oriented.
  • Fast learner and capable of keeping up with a fast-growing environment.
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in SaaS and/or Fintech industry would be ideal.
