Job Description
Payhawk is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing activities in France. This role involves managing a substantial budget and a regionally-focused marketing team, supported by a central marketing team. The success will be measured by revenue, lead generation, and cost-efficiency. Reporting to the VP of Demand Generation, the Senior Marketing Manager will define a regional strategy to drive growth, working closely with the regional Country Director to ensure alignment with the local sales team.
Role involves:
- Planning and executing the local go-to-market strategy.
- Managing a large marketing budget and ensuring ROI.
- Designing and launching online and offline activities to increase brand awareness.
- Leading the local content marketing team.
- Creating, localizing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.
- Planning and executing events like conferences and webinars.
- Improving the quality of the local website.
- Handling and growing the local network of strategic and commercial partnerships.
- Regular reporting on regional marketing performance.
- Supporting Sales and Customer Success with specific local activities.
- Managing regional vendors (e.g., PR agencies).
Requirements:
- Demonstrable success building and executing a successful B2B Marketing strategy in the French market.
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- Some people-management experience.
- Full-stack marketing skillset.
- Well-organized and structured.
- High attention to detail.
- Data-driven.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Happy working from our Paris office.
- Native French and fluent English language.
