Job Description
Payhawk is seeking a Strategy Manager to enhance the People team's structure and execution. This role involves owning OKRs, managing people systems, and leading key projects like performance reviews and engagement surveys. The Strategy Manager will align the People team with business priorities, improve efficiency, and ensure data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage People & Talent OKRs.
- Oversee and optimize HR & TA systems.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional People projects.
- Improve operational effectiveness by tracking key People metrics.
- Act as the central reporting owner within the People team.
- Maintain the project roadmap in alignment with the needs of the company.
- Partner closely with People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to drive execution and efficiency.
- Implement scalable solutions that keep our People team agile while supporting the company’s growth.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR project management, People Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong experience with HR systems, tools, and reporting (e.g., ATS, HRIS, Engagement Platforms).
- Ability to track, measure, and analyze People metrics.
- A structured, execution-driven mindset.
- Experience leading cross-functional HR/People projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills.
