Job Description
Payhawk, a leading global spend management solution, is seeking a Product Operations Manager to enhance the productivity of its Product Managers. This role involves implementing and optimizing processes and tools used by the Product team, driving horizontal change across Product, Engineering, and the wider company.
Responsibilities:
- Implement, maintain, and optimize systems and tools for the Product team.
- Lead projects orthogonal to Product Manager responsibilities.
- Optimize processes to improve product team efficiency.
- Run selected centralized routine processes.
- Manage internal stakeholders to collect requirements and drive projects.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager and/or Engineer.
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Technical proficiency in integrating tools using native integrations or connectors like Zapier.
- Hands-on approach in creating and optimizing processes.
- Systems thinking and ability to implement and optimize tooling.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira.
- Confident working with data.
