Payhawk, a leading global spend management solution, is seeking an experienced Mid-Market Account Executive to join their sales team in Berlin. This role is pivotal in expanding Payhawk's customer base and revenue within the DACH region. The Account Executive will manage the entire sales process, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities: - Actively manage the entire sales process.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels.
- Qualify leads and conduct thorough research.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
Requirements: - Strong communication skills in German (C1/2C2) and English.
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience with sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and Gong.
- Strong experience & track record of cold outbound pipeline generation
- Knowledge of market research, different sales methodologies and negotiating principles
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
