Job Description
Payhawk, a leading global spend management solution, is seeking an experienced and motivated Mid-Market Account Executive to join its sales team in Munich. This role is critical in driving the company's growth by generating new business opportunities and closing deals with prospective clients between 200-1000 Full-Time Employees (FTEs).
The Account Executive will manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a smooth transition to the account management team. They will identify and prospect new business opportunities, generate leads through various channels, and conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities:
- Actively manage the entire sales process.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels.
- Qualify leads and conduct thorough research.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in German (C1/2C2) and English.
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience with sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Strong experience in cold outbound pipeline generation.
- Knowledge of market research and sales methodologies.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
