Payhawk, a leading global spend management solution, is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team in Barcelona. This role is pivotal in generating new leads and business opportunities within the Spanish market. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, self-driven, and eager to contribute to Payhawk's success.Responsibilities include:
  • Taking ownership of outbound prospecting campaigns using various outreach strategies.
  • Collaborating with the Account Executive team in Barcelona to execute targeted prospecting strategies.
  • Leveraging marketing-led demand generation campaigns to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Building a strong sales pipeline for the Spanish market, targeting companies with over 200 employees.
  • Proactively identifying new niches and creating innovative campaign ideas.
  • Analyzing outreach efforts and campaign results to refine future strategies.
  • Managing a pipeline of potential clients to exceed monthly targets.
Requirements include:
  • Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English.
  • Driven to exceed sales targets and progress career.
  • Motivated to make an impact and add value.
  • Resilient with a growth mindset.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of SaaS or Fintech is a plus.
