VP, Investor Relations

Job Description

Vimeo is seeking a VP of Investor Relations to lead its investor relations function. This executive will report to the CFO and will be responsible for shaping Vimeo's financial narrative, fostering trust with the investment community, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance shareholder value.

The role involves:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for the investment community.
• Overseeing all investor communications.
• Leading the preparation of investor materials.
• Identifying and addressing emerging investor concerns.
• Playing a key role in identifying and evaluating potential M&A transactions.
• Developing and implementing an ESG communications strategy.
• Building and managing a high-performing investor relations team.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, or a related field.
• A proven track record of leading investor relations for publicly traded SaaS companies.
• A deep understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and SEC regulations.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ESG reporting and integration.
