- Design scalable human and synthetic data collection system.
- Train models and run experiments to evaluate data quality and training receipt.

- Innovate new methodologies to enhance multimodal AI functionalities and user-centric features.
Requirements:
- Strong technical background and familiarity with LLM post-training.
- Proven track record building scalable ML systems to drive product growth.
- Experience in building multimodal applications is a bonus.
