Job Description

xAI is seeking a Technical Product Partner to join their Go-To-Market team. This role involves working directly with end customers, owning strategy and execution for product integrations and API-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for solving real-world business problems and delivering measurable impact through AI solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering end-to-end solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Owning end-to-end product experience and technical execution for 3P product integrations.
  • Identifying product gaps and prioritizing based on revenue opportunity.
  • Making full-stack contributions to xAI tooling or products.
  • Authoring or contributing to technical design documents.
  • Tracking and optimizing growth of partner products post-launch.
  • Improving model performance through system prompt tuning.
  • Improving xAI SDKs or developer documentation based on customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Software engineering experience.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Background in full stack with in-depth understanding of product architecture.
  • Strong instincts around product / user experience.
  • Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions.
  • Proven experience in AI or machine learning product implementation with APIs, back-end, and front-end interfaces.
  • Experience in Python, Rust, and/or TypeScript.
  • Understanding of the HTTP protocol.
  • Strong engineering background.
