xAI is seeking a Technical Research Partner, Enterprise to accelerate human scientific discovery through AI. The role involves bridging the gap between xAI's research efforts and enterprise customer needs, ensuring AI solutions are tailored to real-world applications. The Technical Research Partner will collaborate with research, engineering, and go-to-market teams to align technical advancements with customer success.
Role involves:
- Gathering and synthesizing customer evaluations.
- Defining critical benchmarks aligned with customer needs.
- Initiating and overseeing human data collection efforts.
- Guiding research roadmap based on enterprise insights.
- Monitoring and coordinating deliverables for model launches.
- Supporting resource allocation for model fine-tuning.
- Contributing to integration projects with important partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in a technical role interfacing between research/engineering teams and customer-facing teams.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, synthesis, and interpretation.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in enterprise settings.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
